No one has mentioned this before but here is my theory. I think that after dealing with unimaginably large numbers throughout this economic situation in America, Nancy Pelosi has lost the ability to understand the basic concept of numbers. 1 trillion here, 800 billion there, has made here useless in understanding the average American.
