Tech-head uses google earth as evidence in divorce.

A tech head in the midst of a brutal divorce from long time wife uses google earth to prove to her lawyers and her that he knew about her infidelity.

Apparently the woman swore that she was not having an affair with a certain male friend, in fact she swore under oath that she had never been to the mans home. She was convincing until the jilted man provided lawyers with a photo of her recently gifted car parked in the driveway of the "other" mans long time residence.

Of course the negotiations went differently after this photo was introduced.
