New science fiction knife kills with cold.

The Wasp Knife was originally designed to kill sharks and bears and other wild animals; it's an almost science-fictionally genius way to even the odds between man and animal. The knife is similar to a gas pellet gun because it uses compressed gas to freeze internal organs at the puncture point of entry.

The Police in Britain have been warned about this knife because we all know it will not be long before it is used on humans.

Man claims that Google Earth points to a lost treasure ship

A Los Angeles man claims that Google Earth points to a lost treasure ship that sank off the Texas coast two centuries ago - but owners of the land the ship's buried under won't let him dig for gold, Fox News reports.

Nathan Smith, a musician and history buff, was fiddling with the program when he spotted an unusual pattern off the coast of Refugio, a small town near Corpus Christi.

On a whim, Smith grabbed a metal detector and headed for Texas. The detector pointed to a boatload of gold, silver and other treasure, Smith told Texas authorities of the December finding.

The buried treasure ship is likely an ancient Spanish boat that could be carrying billions of dollars in booty, Smith said. SOURCE

24 does something it never has ever before. Silence to commercial.

I have watched 24 since it's first season and through all of that time the commercial came on with a clock tick and a live time images, not this time, for the first time ever it went to commercial with silence, only the time was showing. It made my jaw drop. If you are a 24 fan, it made yours drop also even hearing it, or not hearing it.
Buchannon dies and that was his moment of silence.

Of course with the way the government is treating Jack Bauer I would have quit and let millions die, screw it. But lucky for the country I am not a secret agent spy. I am just a geek day trader and webmaster.

Top 10 Songs That stick in your head. Earworms - Not insane.

Some scientists and psychriatrists think that earworms (repatunes) may be songs or tunes that get stuck in the phonological loop, in a part of the brain that rehearses verbal information. This usually happens when a person sings the song or hums the tune once and then repeats it in his or her mind. What i do know is there are some strange things that happen to everybody but no one can explain them. Kind of like when you have a song in your head and then get by a radio and the song is on it and in the exact place in the song, spooky. Or when people pick up radio station broadcast in their dental work, i haven't heard talk about that in a while. Maybe the new ceramics and stuff in dental work don't pick up radio so well.

Anyway here is the TOP 10 list of the song reported to be the songs that get stuck in peoples heads for hours, days, weeks and yes, years. There are reports of people actually having songs playiing over and over in their heads for years. That has to suck. Heres the Top ten list of earworms.

1. Other. Everyone has his or her own worst earworm.

2. Chili's "Baby Back Ribs" jingle.

3. "Who Let the Dogs Out"

4. "We Will Rock You"

5. Kit-Kat candy-bar jingle ("Gimme a Break ...")

6. "Mission Impossible" theme

7. "YMCA"

8. "Whoomp, There It Is"

9. "The Lion Sleeps Tonight"

10. "It's a Small World After All"

That to me is the definition of cruel and unusual punishment.
